'Ihe following shall be the authorities of the Univcrsity:- (i) The Senate: (ii) The syndicate; (iii) The Academic Council; (iv) The Boards ofTaculties; (v) The Finance Commitiec; (vi) The Planning Board; (vii) Such other authorities as may be established under the Statutes.
