Amendment of Section 3: After the existing proviso to Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of “The Tripura Lokayukta Act, 2008”, the following new proviso shall be added: - (2) ‘I I j “Provided further that - In the absence ofthe designated Leader ofOpposition, the meeting 0fthe 3(three) Members Selection Committee comprising of the ChiefMinister, Speaker and Leader of the Opposition may be convened by inviting the Leader of the Single Largest Opposition Party in place of the Leader of Opposition”. , (D.M.
