(1) On receipt of reference from any civil or criminal court under sub-section (2) of section 46B, the competent authority shall cause to make necessary entries in the register of bargadars and decide the case considering it as an objection under Sub-section (6) of section 46A made against the entries I the register of bargadars. (2) After disposal of the case under rule (1), the competent authority shall forward a copy of his order to the court from which the reference was made.]
