Copies of maps prepared under authority of the 2[State Government] and copies of final record of rights after certification as aforesaid may be made available to public officers, to land owners and tenants and to others in such manner as the 3[State Government] from time to time, may by general or special order, direct. The copies of maps and records which will be made available on payment of such cost as the 4[State Government] may direct.
