The costs of preparing property for sale or of taking it is to be kept or sold, shall be payable by the person at whose instance proceedings for sale have been taken. On his failing to provide the necessary funds, the distraining Officer shall report his default to the Court, and the Court may thereupon issue an order for the withdrawal of the distraint and direct by whom the costs of the distraint shall be paid.
