(1) The procedure for revenue courts and of proceeding before revenue officer shall be governed by Schedule III. Procedure of revenue court and officers (2) subject to the other previsions of these rules, any enquiry by a revenue court, not specifically required to be held in the manner provided for summary enquiry in Schedule III. Extent of applicability of CPC
