(1) If the officer ordering or conducting the sale is of the opinion that there are sufficient grounds for such action he may adjourn the sale after recording reasons therefore. Sale Officer (2) Where the sale is postponed or adjourned under sub-rule (1) a fresh proclamation shall be made unless the defaulter consents in writing to waive it.
