The provisions of this Act or any rule made there» . under shall have effect notwithstanding anything in any law relating to co-operative societies, for the time being in- force, in the State or in any enactment (including the Registration Act, 1908) other than this Act or in any instru— ment having effect by virtue of any enactment other than this Act.
