Term of office of members. (a) A member appointed under clause (vii) of sub-section (d) of section 5 shall hold office during the pleasure of the Government; (b) Any member appointed under clause (vii) of sub-section (d) of section 5 may resign from his membership by giving prior notice in writing to the Government but shall, continue in office until his resignation is accepted by the Government.
