Removal of difficulties. (a) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, published in the Official Gazette, make such order, not inconsistent with this provision of the Act, which appears to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty. Provides that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of 2 (two) years from the date of commencement of this Act; (b) Every order made under sub-section (a) shall be laid before the State Legislature.
