Functions of Fund Trustee and Advisory Commission. (a)The Commission shall act as the trustee of the fund and help to ensure that all investments of the fund serve the purpose and intent of the Act and that there is no diversion of funds of the Board. (b) The Commission shall with the approval of the majority of members issue “Fidelity Certificate” every six months certifying that the application of funds and the investment of surplus funds are in conformity with the Act and Scheme.
