(1) The State Government with a view to satistying itself that the powers. and duties af the Board are being exercised and performed properly, may, at any time, appoint. any pérson or persons to make inquiries into ‘ail or any of the activities of the Board in such manner as may be prescribed and to yeport to the State Government the yesult of such inquiries. (2) The Board shall give to the person oF per- sons so appointed ali facilities for the proper conduct of the inquiries and shall produce before the person or persons any document, account or information in the possession of the Board, which such person or persons: demand for the purposes of the inquiries.
