(1) Every person who possesses any qualification mentioned in the Second Schedule of the Homoeopathic Central Council Act, 1973, shall subject to the provisions of this Act, and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, be eligible to have his name entered in Part A of the Register. (2) Any person practicing in the Homoeopathic system of medicine for not less than five years prior to the such date as may be fixed by the State Government in this behalf, shall subject to the provisions of this Act, and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, be entitled to have his name entered in Part B of the Register : Registration of Homoeo- pathic Pra- ctitioners. Personns entitled to be regis- tered. (59 of 1973). 11 Provided that a person who possesses a qualification mentioned under this sub-section shall have passed an exammination to be held by the Council in the manner as may be prescribed. (3) Any person who possesses a qualification under sub- section (1) and (2) having registration in any other State, Shall subject to the provisions of this Act, and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, be entitled to have his name entered in Part A or Part B of the Register, as the case may be.
