(a) The pension sanctioned under the Rule shall be payable also when the pensioner leaves the State after sanction of pension to res:'de in another State in the Country either temporarily or perma— nrntly. In such cases, the pensioner shall intimate the sanctiouing authority sufficiently in advance his intention to leave the State and _ gixe the correct address of residence outside the State. but within 11*- country. In such cases the pensioner shall su‘miit to the sanc- tinning authority and the Accountant General. Tripura a life certi- fit te once in a year. 1b) The Pension is liable to be suspended if the pensioner leaves india far short or long periods In such cases, the pension suspended may be revived on his return to his native place and arrears paid for entire period. The pensioner shall intimate his intention to leave Irdia sufficiently early to the Political Dapamtent, GOVernment of Tripura specifying the date on which he desires to leave India. Simi- lady, he shall also intimate his intention to return to his native place sufliciently early specifying the date of return.
