Power to prohibit Import, Export or Transport :- The State Government may by notification. 8 (a) prohibit the import or export of any intoxicant into or from the State of Tripura or any part thereof, or (b) prohibit the transport of any intoxicant, either absolutely or in such circumstances as it may by notification specify.
