Power to issue warrant of arrest :- The Collector or any Magistrate empowered to try offences punishable under this Act, may issue a warrant for the arrest of any person whom he has reason to believe to have committed or abetted the commission of any offence punishable under section 45, section 48, section 54 or section 55.
