Penalty for offences not otherwise punishable :- If any person is convicted of any act in contravention of any of the provisions of this Act, or of any rule, notification or order made, issued or given under this Act, for which a penalty is not prescribed elsewhere in this Act, he shall be liable to fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
