License required for depositing or keeping intoxicant in warehouse or other place of storage :- No person shall, except under the authority and subject to the terms and conditions of a license granted in that behalf by the Collector, deposit or keep any intoxicant in any warehouse or other place of storage 10 established, authorised or continued under this Act.
