Service to which Act applies. This Act shall apply- Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, October 4, 2019 A.D. To any government services or class of services which the Government, being of the opinion that such services or class of services is essential for securing the public safety, the maintenance of public order, health or sanitation, or for maintaining supplies or services necessary for the life of the community, may, by notification, declare.
