(1) Where a society is indebted to any financing bank, such bank shall have the right to inspect books, accounts, documents, papers, securities, cash and another properties belonging to, or in the custody of, the indebted society for examination and verification of the same to ascertain the financial condition and working of the indebted society and the safety of the sums lent to it by the bank. The inspection may be made either by an officer of the bank authorised by the committee of such bank or by a member of its paid staff certified by the Registrar. The officer or paid staff so inspecting shall have free access to the books, accounts, documents, cash and other properties belonging to, or in the custody of, the indebted society for inspection at any time and at any place in the head- quarters of the society or any branch thereof. (2) When the inspection is made by a financing bank the result of the inspection shall be communicated to the indebted society and to the Registrar by the financing bank.
