Any sum awarded by way of costs under section 83, may be recovered, on an application by the Registrar to a magistrate having jurisdiction in the place where the person Inspection of books of indebted society Recovery of costs Registrar to bring defects disclosed in inquiry or inspection to the notice of society Cost of inquiry and inspection 49 from whom the money is claimable resides or carries on business, and such magistrate shall proceed to recover the same in the same manner as if it were a fine imposed by himself.
