’’ If, in the opinion of the State Government it is necessary or expedient so to do for public interest or in the interest of the Co-operative movement or for the purposes of securing proper management of the society or on such condition as may be prescribed, it may either suo motu or on the application of a society, depute a Government servant to the services of the society for the purpose of assisting the Committee to manage its affairs”*2 “Provided that the provisions of this section shall not apply to a cooperative credit structure society.”*3
