Repeal and Savings (1) existing Aet entitled " Tripura Clinical Establishment Act, 1976" (Aet No. 12 of 1976) in its application to the State of Tripura is hereby repealed; (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken or any proceeding instituted or any order made or any notification issued under the Act, so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done, taken, instituted, made or issued under the corresponding provisions of this Act; (3) All reference in any other enactment to any of the provisions of the Acl so repealed shall be construed as a reference to the corresponding provisions ofthis Act.
