Maintenance of District Register. Every District Registering Authority shall maintain a district register containing the updated records OT' all elinieal establishments under their respective jurisdiction, ineluding the infbrmation and statistics, which should be sent to the State Council within 15 day of the next month, in such manner and fOrmat, as may be prescribed.
