ACT to provide for the registration and regulation of clinical establishments in the Tripura and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, WHEREAS, it is considered expedient to provide for the registration and regulation of clinical establishments with a view to prescribe minimum standards of theilities and services which may be provided by them, so that mandate of article 47 of the Constitution for improvement in public health may be achieved; BE it enacted by the Tripura Legislative Assembly in the Sixty ninth year of the Republic of India as follows: 2 CHAPTER 1 Preliminary Short title and commencement l. This may be called the 'Tripura Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) 2018';
