Inspectors. (1) The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint such officers as it thinks fit to be Inspectors for the purpose of enforcing the penal provisions of this Act and may assign to them such local limits as it thinks fit. (2) For the purpose of any investigation or enquiry under the Act the Inspector may enter any premises with such assistance as he thinks necessary.
