M e e t i n g s , Quorum and Voting. 14 (4) The quorum or very meeting of the Board shall be eight or one- third of the total number of the members of the Board, whichever is less. (5) No member of the Board shall vote on a matter in which he is interested, whether directly or indirectly. (6) In all the meetings of the Board votes of the majority members present shall prevail. (7) The President, Vice-President or any member presiding over the meeting of the Board shall decide any question arising under sub-sections (5) and his decision shall final. CHAPTER-VII REGULATIONS
