(1) The Board shall meet not less than thrice a year, but four months shall not intervene between two successive meetings. (2) The 1[President] may at any time, and shall, upon the requisition by not less than one-third of the members of the Board and on a date not more than twenty one days from the date of the receipt of such requisition, call a special meeting of the Board. (3) 2[Not less ten] days notice shall be given for ordinary meetings of the Board and 3[not less than seven] days notice for a special meeting or a requisition meeting.
