Filling of the Vacancies: All vacancies among the members (other than ex-officio) of any authority or other body of the University shall be filled, as soon as may be convenient by the person or the body, who appointed, nominated or co-opted the member whose place has become of such authority or body for the remaining term for which he or she has been appointed or co-opted.
