Teachers of the University: (i) Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor /Lecturer, Tutor, or any other post/person specified by the Executive Council will be teachers at the University; iL (ii) Qualifications of teachers of different categories shall be as per norms of the University or as prescribed by UGC/NMC/DCI/AICTE/BCVINC/PCI/COA. or any other statutory body as the case may be and where not so specified by any statutory body, as may be approved by the Executive Council; (iii) The pay and service conditions of the teachers will be recommended by the Executive Council to the Chancellor, as per norms, who in turn, will refer those to the Board of Trustees for approval.
