(1) Any officer authorised by the State Government for the pur- pose, may enter any place of entertainment while the entertainment is pro- ceeding, and any place ordinarily used as a place of entertainment at any reasonable times with a view to seeing whether the provisions of this chap- ter or any rules made thereunder are being complied with.
