If any difficulty arises, in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Power State Government may, as occasion requires, by order not inconsistent with to remove the provisions of this Act, do anything which appears to it to be necessary or difficulties. expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty : Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of three years from the commencement of this Act.
