Whoever contravenes any provisions of this Act or of any rules or bye-laws made thereunder shall, if no other penalty is provided for such contravention elsewhere in this Act or in the rules or bye-laws, be punished with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees. CHAPTER X Miscellaneous
