(l) For the purpose of coordinating and s1.ipe_rv_isi,ng the works of the Market Committees and for other purposes of this Act, the State ‘ Government may, by notification in the Official Gazettizg‘ establish a Board, to be called the Tripura Agricultural Produce Market Board. _ (2) The Board shall be abody corporate by the name aforesaid, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power, subject to the provisions of this, Act, to acquire, hold and dispose of property both’ movable and immovable, and to contract and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
