(1) Every Market Committee shall, have as it is Secretary a person - - Market appointed by the State Government from amongst the nominated members of the Committee. to employ staff. (2) A Market Committee may, with the previous approval of the State Government, employ such number of other officers and servants as may be necessary for the management of the market and the salary and conditions of service of such officers and servants shall be such as may be determined by the Committee by bye-laws made in the behalf. (3) The Government may, on the request of a Market Committee and on such conditions as may be prescribed, depute a servant of the Government to the service of the Market Committee for the purpose of assisting that committee to manage its affairs.
