Execution of order or decision of Tribunals and Appellate Tribunals.—Every order or decision of the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal made under this Act shall be deemed to be a decree within the meaning of Cl. (2) of Section 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Act V of 1908), and may be put to execution, if necessary, through a Civil Court of competent jurisdiction.
