Settlement outside this Act to be void.—Every settlement of a debt due from a debtor to any creditor, which is not certified by the Tribunal under sub-section (3) of Section 8 or in respect of the settlement of which no order has been passed under sub-section (4) of Section 8, Section 9, 14 or 15 shall be void and shall not be recognised by any Civil court for any purpose whatsoever, CHAPTER V MISCELLANEOUS
