(1) The University shall offer Degrees, Diplomas, Certificate Courses and Custom-made Courses, tailored to needs of the industry and community; Borrowing of Money. Leveraging Funding. Transfer of the Government Institutions and assets to the University. Courses. 36 [Act No.13 of 2024] (2) Each course shall be offered through a school of the university or shall be multi-disciplinary from multiple schools; (3) The academic structure of the university shall be in such a manner, the students obtain greater hands-on experience that is aligned with the needs of the industry.
