(1) The Executive Council shall prepare during each financial year the Annual Accounts of the University of the preceding financial year and submit them to the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Telangana, for ratification, as the Department may direct before the end of the financial year. (2) The accounts so audited shall be published in the Telangana Gazette and copies thereof together with copies of audit report shall be submitted to the Board of Governors not later than two years from the end of the financial year to which the accounts relate and also to the Government.
