(1) The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole - time paid official of the University appointed by the Executive Council. (2) The Controller of Examinations shall be the principal officer-in-charge of the conduct of examinations and tests of the university and declaration of their results and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed.
