Whoever fraudulently uses any standard weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument which he knows to be false shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine or with both. Penalty for use of weight or measure in contravention of section 8. Penalty for manufacture of weight, etc., without licence. Penalty for failure to stamp weight or measure on sealed containers.
