(1) This Act may be called the 2Telangana Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958. (2) It extends to the whole of the 2State of Telangana. (3) It shall come into force on such date3 as the State Government may, by notification in the Telangana Gazette appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act or for different areas or for different classes of undertakings or for different classes of goods, by notifications issued from time to time.
