In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of 2Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad appointed under section 4; (b) “Commissionerate” means the 2Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad constituted under section 3; (c) “Governing Council” means the Governing Council constituted under section 5; (d) “Government” means the State Government;
