As from the date of the constitution of the Authority for the urban area comprised in the 66Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation– (a) the provisions of Chapter XIII of the 66Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, shall stand repealed; (b) anything done or any action taken (including any appointment, delegation, notification, order, scheme, permission, rule, bye-law, regulation or form made, granted or issued) under any provision of the aforesaid Act, shall, so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue in force and be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of this Act unless and until it is superseded by anything done or any action taken under the said provisions. * * *
