Constitution of Tribunal and officers and servants of the tribunal. Central Act V of 1908. [Act No.1 of 1975] 37 (4) Each Tribunal shall have jurisdiction over such area as the Government may, by notification, from time to time determine. (5) The Tribunal may, with the previous sanction of the Government, appoint such officers and servants as it considers necessary for carrying on its business, and the remuneration and other conditions of service of such officers and servants shall be such as may be prescribed.
