(1) In making Ordinances, the *[Executive Council] shall consult the Academic Senate when such Ordinances affect the appointment and duties of examiners or the conditions of residence of students. (2) All Ordinances made by the *[Executive Council] shall take effect from such date as may direct, but every Ordinance so made shall be submitted as soon as may be, after it is made, to the Chancellor.
