Section 37

(1) No student shall be eligible for admission to a course of study qualifying for admission to a post matriculation University examination unless he has passed the examination prescribed as qualifying for admission to such course or an examination recognised by the Academic Senate as equivalent thereto and possess such other qualification, if any, as may be prescribed. (2) Every candidate for a University examination shall, unless exempted in accordance with the Ordinances and Regulations prescribed, be an enrolled member of a University, constituent or affiliated or recognised college or institution of the University.
