All the Authorities of the University shall have power to appoint Committees. Such Committees, may unless there be some special provision to the contrary, consist of Disqualification for membership. Disputes as to constitution of University Authorities. Constitution of Committees. 36 [Act No.4 of 1991] members of the authority concerned and of such other persons, if any, as the authority in each case may think fit.
