(1) There shall be a Planning and Monitoring Board consisting of,- (i) the Vice-Chancellor (Chairman); (ii) four from among the Principals of University and Professional Colleges, Deans/Chairman of Faculties nominated by the Vice-Chancellor; (iii) two educationists nominated by the Government; The Faculties.
