(1) This Act may be called the Telangana (Transfer of pending Cases of State of Telangana from the A.P. Administrative Tribunal to High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad) Act, 2016. (2) It shall be deemed to have been come into force with effect from 29th September, 2016.
